Where we ship
We ship across Australia.
How long it takes
Your order is dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery then takes 10 to 20 business days, because each unit ships directly from our manufacturer rather than sitting in a warehouse.
We would rather tell you that now than surprise you later. If you need it sooner than that, this is not the right time to order.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves. Tracking can take a few days to start updating once the parcel is in transit.
Shipping cost
Free on every order within Australia.
If it does not arrive
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email and we will either send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it.
